Items must be delivered to the Grand Chapter banquet facility by no later than 2:00 PM , Wednesday, October 8th.

Items too large to deliver/display must have a photograph or brochure included with the donation form.  Following the sale, the buyer and seller must mutually agree upon pickup / delivery of the item.

All donations will receive a letter of acknowledgement from the RAF that may be used for tax purposes. *

All proceeds from the event will be invested in the Foundation’s endowment fund.  The fund’s long term goal is to grow the endowment and ultimately provide scholarships for Adopt America’s special needs kids!
